1. I love that print! I am the MAN! It is very true what you have written, any man can make a baby but a true father is the one who wipes away the poo and the tears. #StayClassyMama

  2. This is so lovely – your children, both of them, are lucky to have a pair of devoted parents. Biology isn’t what makes that bond; being there is. #stayclassy

  3. What a beautiful post. Your partner sounds fab. For me, it’s in the small details, the way he trims her nails – so delicately – or washes her hair. #KCACOLS

  4. What a lovely post and very apt for Father’s Day. For me there is nothing like hearing my boys play with their daddy. Nothing matches their squeals of laughter!

Thank you for linking up to #KCACOLS and I hope to see you back again next week.

  5. Hi,

I am a single mum and I get nervous about reading any posts about fathers or fathers day because they make me feel a bit depressed. I would love Cygnet to be part of a happy family were a mum and a dad love each other and where the dad is a really dad rather than just someone who buys lots of big toys. I actually really enjoyed reading your post about your partner and his relationship with your daughter even though he is not her biological father. Thank you. Pen x #KCACOLS

  6. this was so moving, beautiful written too! He sounds amazing and I am so glad you have someone who is worthy of you and who loves his children so dearly. Gosh Oliver was such a beautiful little boy. May you always be surrounded by such love xx #mg

  7. Oh this is so sweet – what a great husband you have there! I’m so sorry for the loss of your son. I’m glad you were able to find strength in each other & work through everything together. #MG x

  8. Love this great post. I have a father but never a daddy. There is totally a difference. Thanks for the tears. #KCACOLS
